Abstract
This Act amends various Acts including the Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone Act, 1989. That Act is amended in section 3 by deleting the words "low-waterlines" appearing in subsection (2) and substituting for them the words "base line" and by replacing section 5. The new section 5 gives a definition of the baseline from which the breath of the territorial sea of the United Republic is measured.
