Decree No. 125 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for application of fishing charges for special use of aquatic biological resources and the amount of payment for their use.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for payment of fishing charges for special use of aquatic biological resources pertaining to state ownership. Special use of aquatic biological resources is carried out by fisheries entities on the basis of the permit for special use of aquatic biological resources in fishery waterbodies (parts thereof) for fee. Fishing charges shall not be collected from fishing entities catching aquatic biological resources for scientific research, scientific industrial, R&D purposes with a view of identification of sanitary and epidemiological state of aquatic biological resources, control catch of aquatic biological resources for evaluation of their stocks if the aforesaid fishing is performed for non-commercial purposes. Fishing charges shall be applicable to freshwater and marine fishes, crustaceans and invertebrates.
