Decree No. 249 of the cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 295 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on state testing, state registration and re-registration, issuing the list of pesticides and agrochemicals authorized for application in Ukraine.

Item 26 shall be amended to add the following wording: “If, due to external factors, was not obtained requested data for permanent registration of pesticides, by the outcome of the conclusion of expertise by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the experimental registration can be repeated, except for continuation of such registration for the period of 2015”.
