Decree No. 908 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating criteria by which the degree of risk from conducting business activities in the production of veterinary preparations is assessed and the periodicity of implementation of planned measures of state supervision (control) by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection is determined.

Abstract
State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection sets criteria for assessment risk level in the process of manufacturing veterinary preparations as follows: (a) the number of violations of the requirements of the Licensing terms and conditions for economic activities related to manufacturing of veterinary drugs, which occurred from the date of obtaining the license, but not more than two years before the planned period; and (b) availability of a product quality assurance system that meets international standards. Annex 1 contains the list of risks. Annex 2 contains the list of criteria.
