Abstract
Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Permit for special management of aquatic biological resources in fishery waterbodies (parts thereof) or written water notice of refusal to issue such permit shall be issued within five calendar days after state registration of the governmental order for the allocation of quotas”.
