Abstract
Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Grain that is subject to public price regulation or subsidized by the state as object of state mortgage purchase shall be stored exclusively in certified storage facilities (granary, grain elevator). Storage charges shall not exceed 2 percent of the cost of such grain calculated in accordance with minimum purchase price (calculated for each 30 calendar days of storage of each metric unit)”.
