Abstract
The present Law establishes the bases of state policy in the budgetary, credit, price formation, insurance, regulation and other spheres of state management as regards stimulation of the production of agricultural commodities, development of agricultural market and ensuring food security of the population. The Law consists of 6 Sections that contain 18 articles. Section 1 (articles 1-2) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (articles 3-9) deals with state regulation of prices for some agricultural commodities and agrarian fund. Section 3 (articles 10-11) regards state regulation of the insurance market of agricultural commodities (capital assets) and fund of agrarian insurance subsidies. Section 4 (articles 12-14) regards other types of support of the producers of agricultural commodities and agrarian market. Section 5 (articles 15-16) regards state support of cattle-breeders. Section 6 (articles 17-18) regards additional provisions.
