Abstract
The present Law establishes legal, economic and organizational basis for international cooperation. The Law specifies that one of the main targets of international cooperation is to develop close ties in the sphere of environmental planning. The Law consists of 5 Sections that contain 14 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts.5-9) regards organization of international cooperation. Section 3 (arts.10-13) regards state support of the development of international cooperation. Section 4 (art. 14) regards financial guarantees for the development of international cooperation. Section 5 lays down final provisions.
