Ministerial Decree No. 1012 regarding validation of the Regulation on charges for special management of forest resources and use of plots of forest land.

The present Regulation establishes common rules for the collection of fees for special management of forest resources and use of plots of forest land. Special forest management regards: 1) procurement of timber in the process of main use felling; 2) procurement of soft resin; 3) procurement of secondary forest materials; 4) secondary forest management. Timber of main use felling pertains to state forest resources. Secondary forest materials and forest resources of secondary forest management pertain to local forest resources. Rates of charges for state forest resources shall be validated by the Cabinet of Ministers, while rates of charges for local forest resources shall be validated by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, provincial administrations and city administration of Kiev and Sevastopol.
