Joint Order No. 91/241/129/236/565 of the State Forestry Committee, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Nuclear Safety and State Tax Inspection regarding validation of the Regulation on the mechanism of collection of charges for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land.

The present Regulation establishes common mechanism of calculation and payment of charges for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land. The Regulation consists of 8 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 classifies the categories of payers for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land. Section 3 establishes the objects of calculation of charges for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land. Section 4 establishes rates of charges (fees) for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land. Section 5 establishes the modalities of calculation of charges for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land. Section 6 establishes the modalities of payment of charges for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land. Section 7 establishes control over the dimensions of management of forest resources and plots of forest land and the correctness of calculation and revenues to budgets. Section 8 establishes liability and rights of the payers of charges for special management of forest resources and plots of forest land.
