Abstract
The present Regulation represents the totality of norms and requirements as regards cutting aimed at ensuring conservation, rehabilitation, strengthening of the protective properties of forests and increase of their productivity, organization of the territory of forest stock, carrying out other forest management arrangements and land clearing related to construction of waterworks, roads, extraction of minerals and other work not related to forest management. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes norms and requirements for carrying out cutting related to forest management. Section 3 establishes norms and requirements for carrying out other types of cutting. Section 4 lays down final provisions.
