Ministerial Decree No. 543 validating the Regulation on Agrarian fund.

The Agrarian fund is the state specialized budgetary institution authorized to carry out price policy in the agro-industrial sector of economy. The Agrarian fund shall fall within the sphere of competence of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and shall be accountable and subordinated thereto. The main targets of the institution are : 1) carrying out price policy within the sphere of competence established by law ; 2) carrying out the function of the state creditor for the period of state purchase of the commodities subject to state price regulation ; 4) formation of state food reserve.
