Abstract
Sanitary forest requirements is the totality of norms regulating sanitary and rehabilitation arrangements and sanitary requirements established for the purpose of protection of forests in the process of forest management, use of forest resources and carrying out work not related to forest management, entrepreneurship, institutional activity and citizens. The Regulation consists of 10 Sections. Section 1 establishes sanitary and rehabilitation requirements. Section 2 regards selective sanitary felling. Section 3 regards total sanitary felling. Section 4 regards liquidation of hang-up. Section 5 regards prevention of the origin and spreading of locuses of forest pests and disease. Section 6 regards protection of timber stock against pests and disease. Section 7 establishes sanitary requirements for carrying out main use felling, sanitary felling and other types of felling. Section 8 establishes sanitary requirements as regards resin boxing and procurement of arboreal sap. Section 9 establishes sanitary requirements for the forests of important sanitary and hygienic and recreational functions. Section 10 establishes state control over observance of sanitary forest requirements and establishes liability for the infringement thereof.
