Ministerial Decree No. 57 validating the Regulation on the modalities of putting out of operation oil-trunk pipelines assigned to the state enterprises of gas-and-oil producing industry.

In order to obtain the authorization for putting out of operation oil-trunk pipelines the list of arrangements for ensuring environmental protection and protection of the population and the territory against disasters coordinated with the territorial branches of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and of the Ministry of Emergency Situations shall be forwarded to the Ministry of Fuel and Energy. The aforesaid Ministry, upon examination of the forwarded documentation, shall make decision on the matter within forty-five days from the date of submittal of the practice. The decision shall be registered officially as protocol.
