Order No. 2462 of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture validating the forms of documents for providing state support for insurance of agricultural commodities.

This Order validates standardized forms related to the provision of state support for the insurance of agricultural commodities.
The core purpose of the Order is to approve a comprehensive set of official forms used in administering state-supported agricultural insurance. These include: (1) application forms for farmers to obtain compensation of part of the paid insurance premium; (2) applications for insurers seeking inclusion in the list of insurers eligible to provide agricultural insurance with state support; (3) standardized lists of insured farmers entitled to premium compensation; (4) reporting forms on each concluded, extended, or terminated insurance contract; and (5) reporting forms on each insurance payout or refusal to pay under such contracts. The forms capture detailed information on insured objects, insurance terms, premiums paid, compensation amounts, and compliance with eligibility requirements.
In addition to procedural and technical data, the forms require extensive declarations by farmers and insurers to ensure compliance with financial, legal, and national security restrictions. These include confirmations of the absence of bankruptcy, tax arrears, sanctions, terrorist ties, or links to the Russian Federation or Belarus, as well as alignment with requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine for insurers. The Order establishes a unified and updated administrative framework for implementing state-supported agricultural insurance in the country.
