Order No. 355 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the forms of documents regarding the provision of state support for insurance of agricultural commodities.

This Order validates the forms of the following documents: (a) application for obtaining compensation for insurance payment (insurance bonus); (b) application for inclusion in the list of insurers entitled to insurance of agricultural commodities with state support; (c) the list of insured persons who are entitled to receive compensation of part of paid insurance payments (insurance bonus) under contracts for insurance of agricultural commodities with state support; (d) information about each concluded, extended and terminated contract for insurance of agricultural commodities with state support; and (e) information on each case of payment of insurance compensation or refusal to pay insurance compensation under concluded contracts for insurance of agricultural commodities.
