Order No. 383 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure for the issuance of hunter's certificate and record card for registration of game and violations of hunting rules.

This Order establishes the procedure required for issuing hunter's certificate and record card for the registration of game and violations of hunting rules. It also regulates the relations between the State Agency of Forestry Resources, its territorial bodies and citizens of Ukraine. Hunting permit, hunting certificate record card shall be issued upon payment of fees and submittal of all the documents listed in the Article 14 of the Law “On hunting”. Record card shall be issued on May 01 of the current year and shall be valid until 30 April of the following year. Hunter's certificate shall be issued to citizens of Ukraine that have reached the age of 18 years and have passed the exam.
