Order No. 416 on the Regulation concerning various forms of pedigree certificates.

The Minister validates the form of the following pedigree certificates: 1) dairy cattle and granger’s cattle; 2) beef cattle; 3) swine; 4) sheep; 5) lambskin sheep; 6) goats; 7) horses; 8) fur-bearing animals and rabbits; 9) poultry genetic resources; 10) genetic resources of apiculture; 11) genetic resources of fisheries; 12) genetic resources of sericulture. Pedigree certificate is a document of the established form attesting the origin, productivity, race and other qualities of pedigree (genetic) resources compiled in conformity with the official registration data as regards productivity, immunogenetic supervision and official classification. The certificates shall be used for the following purposes: 1) acknowledgement of the genetic resources as pedigree breed; 2) attestation of the quality indices of pedigree (genetic) resources as declared by the owner; 3) identification of the pedigree (genetic) resources; 4) genetic safety control of the pedigree (genetic) resources. The pedigree certificates shall be issued for the following species of genetic resources: 1) as regards dairy cattle and granger’s cattle, beef cattle, swine, sheep, lambskin sheep, goats, horses, fur-bearing animals and rabbits – for the pedigree animals, sperm, ovules and embryos; 2) as regards poultry genetic resources – for the pedigree poultry and incubation eggs; 3) as regards apiculture – for the pedigree swarms of bees, queen bees and drones; 4) as regards fisheries – pedigree fishes, larvae, impregnated spawn; 5) as regards sericulture – pedigree silkworm grain.
