Order No. 447 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection validating fishing quotas for living aquatic resources of national importance for 2005.

The Minister orders to validate fishing quotas for living aquatic resources of national importance in accordance with Annexes 1-15. There is no limit of catch for herbivorous fish species. Annex 1 fixes quotas for catch in the Sea of Azov and in the Black Sea. Annex 2 sets quotas for catch of migrating fish stocks in the Black Sea, in the Sea of Azov, channels and coastal salt lakes and the gulf of Kerch. Annex 3 sets fishing quotas for coastal salt lakes adjoining the Black Sea. Annex 4 sets quotas for catch of aquatic living resources in the Dnieper and the Boog estuary system, the lower reaches of the Dniester, the salt lakes of the Dniester and in the Kuchurgan water reservoir. Annex 5 sets fishing quotas for the Danube river. Annex 6 sets quotas for the Dnieper water reservoirs. Annex 7 sets quotas for the Vinnitsa region. Annex 8 sets quotas for Khmelnitzk and Rivno regions. Annex 9 sets quotas for Volyn region. Annex 10 sets quotas for Chernigov region. Annex 11 sets quotas for the Makortov water reservoir of the Dniepropetrovsk region. Annex 12 sets quotas for the Autonomous Region of Crimea. Annex 13 sets quotas for the Dniester water reservoirs. Annex 14 sets quotas for the water reservoirs of the Kharkov region. Annex 15 sets quotas for the protected fishing areas.
