Order No. 50 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food amending Order No. 364 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy validating the normative and legal documents regarding valuation of pedigree horses and pedigree registration in the field of horse breeding.

Item 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized selection and pedigree breeding center shall perform the following functions: (a) registration of breeding horses of a certain breed (or several breeds simultaneously), creation of a database; (b) preparation of materials for the publication of state herd books; (c) determination of the breeding value of stallion-breeders in the quality of offspring; (d) publication of certificates of determination of breeding value (breeding center in horse breeding); (e) cooperation (providing information) with pedigree breeding councils dealing with horse breeds; and (f) publication of catalogs of pedigree stallion (based on the protocol of the expert commission of the authorized center for determining the breeding value of pedigree stallions), young horses who have passed tests on racetracks, etc. "
