Abstract
This Order validates the Regulation on trade analysis (wholesale trade and vending) and labelling of meat in whole carcasses, half carcasses and quarter carcasses of all kinds of slaughtered animals, including poultry, rabbits and nutria (Myocastor coypus). Trade assessment of meat for compliance with the established standards shall be performed by the authorized staff of the producing/processing facility in the presence of veterinary and sanitary certificate. Labelling marking for meat of all animal species is attached in the Annex 1.
