Order No. 91 of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on submittal of information on timber extraction in forests.

This Order establishes the procedure for collection and submittal to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of data and information, related to timber extraction in forests. Information about forest owners and forest users harvesting timber as main use of felling, cutting and forming of the forest and other types of felling cutting for shaping of landscape, sanitary felling and other types of felling either related or not related to the forest management. Cartographic information on forests and taxonomic descriptions of forest areas are submitted by the State Forest Agency to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in electronic form.
