Resolution No. 1436 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending clause 7 of the Methodology for calculation of the amount of damage caused by unauthorized occupation of land plots, not for intended purposeful use thereof, and removal of soil cover (fertile soil layer) without special authorization.

Clause 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The amount of damage caused as a result of ujnauthorized occupation of land plots, use of land plots not for their intended purpose, spoilage of land, violation of the regime, regulations and rules of their use is determined by the State Ecological Inspection and its territorial bodies, the State Geological Cadastre and its territorial bodies or executive bodies of rural, township, city councils within the limits of the powers defined by law."
