Resolution No. 576 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Procedure for the preparation and publication of the National Report on the quality of drinking water and the state of drinking water supply.

This Procedure determines the procedure for the annual preparation and publication of the National Report on the quality of drinking water and the state of drinking water supply. Ministry of Regional Development is responsible for ensuring the formation of a unified technical, socio-economic policy in the field of drinking water, drinking water supply and wastewater disposal, the quality of drinking water after water treatment facilities according to chemical and bacteriological indicators, as well as the technical condition of centralized drinking water supply facilities. The Ministry of Health is responsible for monitoring compliance with sanitary standards chemical, bacteriological, radiological indicators of water bodies intended for drinking water supply, and in drinking water supply systems. State Water Agency is responsible for monitoring the quality of waterbodies at water intake points for centralized drinking water supply according to radiological and chemical indicators, monitoring surface waterbodies and the state of water resource use.
