Abstract
This Act prohibits manufacture, sale, etc. of enguli without a licence and establishes the Central Licensing Board and requires the Central Board to establish area licensing boards for the purpose of establishing and implementing a licensing system for manufacture and placing on the market of enguli. The Act also defines duties of licence holders and requires a licence to be obtained for the manufacture of a kind of spirit called jaggery.
