Abstract
This Act provides rules relative to the manufacture and placing on the market of food and drugs. It provides rules in connection with preparation and sale of injurious and adultered foods and drugs and especially with regard to labelling and provides general protection for purchasers of food and drugs. The Act also provides for the inspection of food and for the registration of food premises. Special rules are stipulated for the placing on the market of milk and dairy products.
