Abstract
This Act establishes the Coffee Development Authority as a body corporate and defines its objectives, functions and powers. The Authority shall, among other things, control the quality of coffee by issuing certificates in respect of the grade and quantity of coffee, monitor the price of coffee to be placed on the market, register operators in the coffee industry and set the quality control standards for coffee to be placed on the market.
