16 USC - Chapter 76: Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Convention - § 5601-5612.

This Chapter provides for: the representation of the United States on the General Council, the Fisheries Commission and the Scientific Council of the North Atlantic Fisheries Organisation; prohibiting certain acts of vessels subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and to provide for civil and criminal penalties for such acts; giving the Secretary of Commerce powers with respect to the enforcement of provisions of this Title; establishing a consultative committee to advise the Secretaries on issues related to the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries; and some other matters relating to the membership of the United States to the Convention and the Organisation.
