Abstract
This Subpart B contains a list of the wildlife and plant species determined by the Service or the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) of the Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to be considered endangered species or threatened species. The lists contain a classification of the species, through common and scientific name; the definition of critical habitat, and include: insects, mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, various species of turtles and sea turtles, sharks, whales.
