Abstract
This Subpart G concerns various species of threatened plants included in the governative conservation programmes, excluding seeds of cultivated specimens of species treated as threatened, and thus provides for issuing permits authorising any activity otherwise prohibited with regard to threatened plants, for the following purposes: scientific purposes, importation or exportation of the plant species, the enhancement of the propagation or survival of threatened species, economic hardship, botanical or horticultural exhibition, educational purposes, and other activities consistent with the purposes and policy of the Act. The Subpart also concerns: special rules for flowering plants and provides for defining prohibited activities for each variety; special rules for conifers and cycads.
