Abstract
This Convention between the United States of America and Canada provides for the protection of migratory birds as defined in Article 1. Protection measures concern close seasons, the taking of nests or eggs and the shipment or export of migratory birds or their eggs. Permits to kill migratory birds which, under extraordinary conditions, may become seriously injurious to the agricultural or other interests in any particular community, may be issued by the proper authorities of the Parties under suitable Regulations.
