Decree No. 128 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 383 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on conclusion, registration, performance of contracts between agricultural producers and procurement and servicing organizations, and also monitoring of fulfilment thereof.

Abstract
The Decree shall be amended by adding Item 80 (1) with the following wording: “Producers of agricultural commodities can insert in the contract for supply of agricultural commodities insurance against risks of breach of contract concluded for purchase by government order”.
