Decree No. 383 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on conclusion, registration, performance of contracts between agricultural producers and procurement and servicing organizations, and also monitoring of fulfilment thereof.

This Decree regulates relations between producers of agricultural commodities, and procurement and servicing organizations, originating from conclusion and performance of contracts, registration of the aforesaid contracts by local government, and monitoring of fulfilment thereof. It shall be applicable agricultural cooperatives, peasant farms, smallholders and other producers of agricultural commodities. It establishes terms and conditions that must be specified and inserted in the contract.
