Decree No. 609 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the List of leading forest importer organizations, to which JSC “UZAGROEXPORT” shall be authorized to export fruit production without advance payment.

The Premier decrees to validate the List of leading forest importer organizations, to which JSC “UZAGROEXPORT” shall be authorized to export fruit production without advance payment in accordance with direct contracts (Annex 1). The criteria for inclusion of foreign organizations-importers in the List shall be as follows: performance of financial and economic activities in the field of international trade in fruits and vegetables for at least 3 years; the turnover of the importing organization, for the last reporting fiscal year not less than 1.0 million USD; the presence of a trading network consisting of at least 20 outlets and (or) the availability of a wholesale distribution center.
