Abstract
This Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers establishes the procedure for export of fruits and vegetables. Business entities shall be granted the right to export fruits and vegetables without license for wholesale trade. At the same time, taxation procedure is envisaged for the payment of single tax for export revenues of fruits and vegetables by individual entrepreneurs. Exporter is responsible for the reliability of the information contained in the accompanying export documentation, as well as for the illicit movement of commodities across the customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Decree No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on export of fresh and processed fruits and vegetables.
Decree No. 249 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional arrangements for regulation of export of fruits, vegetables, potatoes, cucurbits crops and grapes.
