Abstract
The purpose of plant quarantine measures is to prevent, limit and eliminate the risk of damage caused by the import of plant quarantine objects from foreign countries, as well as from the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where plant quarantine objects are dispersed across the regions of the national territory. The Republic of Uzbekistan is free from plant quarantine objects. State control over the implementation of quarantine measures is carried out by the state service bodies for quarantine and plant protection.
