Joint Order No. 92/1 of the State Environmental Protection Committee and No. 1 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Economy validating the Regulation on distribution of certain wild flora species and quantity thereof.

Poisonous plants shall be intended plants containing substances that are harmful to living organisms or have a negative impact on their life and health. Poisonous, narcotic, quarantine plants, weeds and other plants listed in the Appendix that naturally overgrow plows, hayfields and pastures, are wild growing plants the distribution and quantity of which are subject to regulation. This Regulation is not applicable to protected areas, as well as the special use of wild growing plants. Regulation of the distribution of wild growing plants and their quantity is carried out in the following ways: (a) use of plant protection products; (b) carrying out agrotechnical activities; (c) implementation of quarantine measures; (d) reduction or destruction of wild growing plants using modern technological processes and scientific innovations; and (e) natural removal of wild growing plants. Regulation of the distribution of wild plants and their quantity may be carried out in other ways not prohibited by law. Methods for regulating the spread of wild growing plants and their quantity must comply with the requirements of legislation on the protection and use of flora, must not cause harm to other plants and natural objects, human health, and ensure the preservation of natural plant complexes and the environment in which they grow.
