Presidential Resolution No. PP-3479 “On measures for stable supply to sectors of the national industry of strongly requested commodities and raw materials.

The President, with a view of ensuring the sustainable provision of industries with top requested imported produce, raw materials and articles, the most effective use of existing production capacities, as well as support to domestic enterprises in the liberalization of the economy, decrees to authorize trade exclusively through exchange trades of technical seeds of cotton exclusively to the enterprises of JSC "Uzpahtaeg" listed in the Annex 1 and trade of cotton fiber exclusively through exchange trades to the national textile enterprises owning processing facilities. This Presidential Resolution establishes that some highly requested imported raw materials for the national industry, in particular timber and sawnwood, and coal shall be granted preferential terms of payment of customs dues (excluded dues for customs clearing operations) until 1 January 2019.
