Abstract
The Cabinet of Ministers decrees to set up the National Research Institute of Renewable Energy Sources under the Ministry of Energy on the basis of the International Institute of Solar Energy LLC of the Academy of Sciences, as well as the Center for Hydrogen Energy Research and Center and Laboratory for Testing and Certification of Renewable and Hydrogen Energy Technologies. The Institute is a state scientific research organization considered as a legal entity, and the Academy of Sciences is considered the legal successor of the International Solar Energy Institute LLC under contracts and obligations. As a scientific organization, the institute participates in the implementation of government orders and programs, as well as in fundamental and applied research.
