Circular 15/2016/TT-BNNPTNT on the conditions and eligibility criteria of agricultural cooperatives for investment support in infrastructure development.

This Circular, consisting of 7 articles, establishes the requirements, conditions and eligibility criteria of agricultural cooperatives for benefiting from investment support in infrastructure development. It specifies conditions and criteria for enjoying the above mentioned investment supports for infrastructure development of cooperatives and cooperative unions operating in the fields of agriculture, cultivation, husbandry, forestry, fishery, salt-making and irrigation (collectively called as agricultural cooperatives). This Circular applies to the cooperative agricultural product supply service and its members engaged in agricultural production and agencies, organizations, individuals involved in infrastructure development. In addition, a list of related infrastructures of agricultural cooperative is appended to the text warehouses and stores of agricultural supplies; processing workshops: preservation and processing of agricultural products; slaughterhouses for cattle and poultry. electric works, running water and markets: low-voltage electricity systems for production, preliminary processing and processing in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery and salt production; water works, including water supply pipelines; wholesale markets, auctions of agricultural products; irrigation water works, dams, canals and reservoirs, and shores of various types, water supply systems for irrigation; infrastructure works for aquaculture (including mariculture).
