Abstract
This Law provides for the establishment, organization, operation and management of cooperatives and unions of cooperatives in different sectors of the economy.
The Law further provides for: rights and obligations of cooperatives and unions of cooperatives; rights and obligations of members of cooperatives; establishment and registration of cooperatives and unions of cooperatives; organization and management of cooperatives; assets and finance of cooperatives and unions of cooperatives; split, separation, consolidation, merger, dissolution and bankruptcy of cooperatives and unions of cooperatives; etc.
