Abstract
This Circular implements Decree No. 119/2007/ND-CP on tobacco production and trade.
The Circular provides, among other things, for the following: conditions for trading and processing of tobacco raw materials; procedures for the grant, adjustment, extension and revocation of certificates of eligibility for trading and processing tobacco raw materials; conditions for the import and use of machinery and equipment for exclusive use in the tobacco industry and tobacco raw materials; etc.
