This Circular implements provisions of Government’s Decree No. 119/2007/ND-CP on tobacco production and trade.
Among other things, the Circular guides conditions for: trading and processing of tobacco raw materials; manufacture of tobacco products; import of specialized tobacco machinery and equipment and of tobacco raw materials; granting tobacco product manufacturing licences; trading in tobacco products; etc.
