Abstract
This Circular of the Ministry of Industry regulates the export of minerals.
Minerals may be exported only if they meet Viet Nam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme Standards (VILAS). Mineral exploitation or processing permits shall be granted by the Ministry of Industry or the Ministry of Natural Resources. The Circular contains a list of quality standards and conditions of exported minerals.
