Abstract
This Circular of the Ministry of Industry regulates the export of minerals.
Minerals mined in Viet Nam may be exported only if they satisfy the following requirements: they are exported by enterprises which fully meet the conditions specified in the Commercial Law; they meet Viet Nam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme Standards (VILAS); and they are extracted from mines or mine spots not planned for domestic deep processing as listed in Appendix 1.
Mineral exporters shall report the results of export of minerals as specified in the Circular.
The Circular further contains a list of quality standards and conditions of exported minerals (Appendix 2).
