Abstract
This Circular prescribes procedures for quarantining aquatic animals and aquatic products which are domestically circulated, imported, exported, temporarily exported or imported for re-export and transferred through border gates and transited through Viet Nam.
The Circular provides for: the management and use of forms of aquatic animal and aquatic product quarantine dossiers; validity of aquatic animal and aquatic product health certificates; veterinary hygiene requirements on places of quarantine isolation of aquatic animals; institutions and state agencies responsible for the implementation of this Circular; etc.
