Circular No.: 26/2016/TT-BNNPTNT providing for the Quarantine of Aquatic Animals And Animal Products

This Circular stipulates in detail Paragraph 3, Article 53 of the Law on Animal Health on the List of aquatic animals and animal products subject to the quarantine and non-quarantine; the List of aquatic animals and animal products subject to the analysis of risks before imported into Vietnam; the List of subjects performing the quarantine of aquatic animals and animal products; the content and dossier on quarantine of aquatic animals and animal products transported out of the provincial areas, for export, import, temporary import for re-export, temporary export for re-import, border-gate transfer, bonded warehouse transfer, transit in the territory of Vietnam.
This Circular applies to the organizations and individuals pertaining to the production, trading and transportation out of the provincial areas; for export, import, temporary import for re-export, temporary export for re-import, border-gate transfer, bonded warehouse transfer and transit in the territory of Vietnam.
