Circular No. 101/2010/TT-BTC guiding the exemption from import duty under the Government’s Decree No. 04/2009/ND-CP of 14 January 2009 on incentives and supports for environmental protection activities.

This Circular promulgates a list of import duty-free goods. These goods will be duty-free because they may be used for the collection, storage, transport, recycle or disposal of wastes, for conducting environmental observation and analysis or for producing clean and renewable energy.
