Abstract
This Circular provides for conditions for enjoying incentive mechanisms and financial supports for investing in any of the following solid waste management activities: construction of solid waste disposal facilities; collection and transportation of solid wastes; and collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste in rural residential areas and craft villages without solid waste collection and transportation services.
