Abstract
The Decree provides for solid waste management and for rights and obligations of entities engaged in solid waste related activities.
Solid waste management include activities which prevent and minimize adverse impacts on the environment including: planning, managing and investing in building solid waste management facilities; and separating, collecting, storing, transporting, reusing, recycling and disposing of solid waste.
